The flare doesn't quite fit with the light in the glass ball, try to use an angle that the flare fits in.
The colorful dots on each side doesn't really add much to this picture, consider the amount of frame needed for your next work
(the rest of the frame worked well.)
The color of the glass ball is really a warm color that lits up the autumn day this was taken. Very nice contrast to the background.
The focusing also really works well! The big tree in the background is just beautiful!
